The Ritz-Carlton

Working alongside our creative team, I delivered quarterly content recommendations for The Ritz-Carlton's monthly email newsletter based on an analysis of the newsletter's prior performance, Google Trends data on specific search terms, and upcoming business needs for three distinct target audiences. In addition to providing content marketing strategy, I also worked with the design team to write and create each month's edition and related landing pages. Thanks to our recommendations, the newsletter has become more editorial rather than promotional and reader interest has increased. The newsletter now cultivates valuable brand affinity and better engages customers, thus driving increases in bookings and revenue.
