When U.S. Cellular ended their rewards program, we suggested an engaging newsletter to replace their monthly rewards communication. After a thorough audit of their web properties, we identified content that would be relevant for two main audiences and developed an editorial calendar for each send. Business subscribers received valuable information about apps, programs, and products that help improve productivity. Consumers learned more about how to use their smartphones, make the most of their plans, and more. Since most of the content was repurposed from existing U.S. Cellular-owned content, this newsletter was both an economical send and a valuable method of building brand affinity.
